The service

SocialExport lets you export publicly available follower lists from third-party social platforms to CSV, billed on a credits system. One credit equals one exported record unless stated otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of exported data complies with applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA) and the terms of the source platform.
• You must not use exported data for spam, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.
• You must not resell access to your account.

Credits and billing

• Credits are granted per billing cycle, expire at the end of the cycle, and do not roll over.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled via the customer portal.
• When an export fails, you are only charged for records actually delivered; the remainder is refunded.

Independence

SocialExport is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the current billing cycle.
